Instructions

- Form Cookie Balls: Using a 1½ tablespoon scoop, scoop out dough portions, roll each in the sanding sugar or non-pareils to coat, and shape them into smooth, round balls.
- Chill if Sticky: If the dough feels too sticky to handle, chill it in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes to firm up for easier rolling.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 1½ inches apart to allow spreading while baking.
- Bake Cookies: Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft and tender.
- Add Kisses: After baking, let the cookies cool for 3 to 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then gently press one Hershey’s Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kiss into the center of each cookie.
