Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place almond milk (or your preferred liquid) in the bottom of the blender, then add the Greek yogurt and frozen fruit including banana, strawberries, and apple slices.
- Blend Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, ensuring that all frozen fruit is fully blended.
- Serve and Store: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Notes
- Freeze banana and strawberries about 2 hours before blending if not already frozen.
- Substitute any nondairy milk, nonfat milk, water, or apple juice for almond milk.
- Use any flavor or fat content yogurt including plain or regular yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
- Use your favorite apple variety; Fuji or Gala work well.
- Add sweetener such as honey, agave, or stevia if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
