- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice (Jasmine rice recommended)
- 2 1/4 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Cook Bacon: In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon pieces and set aside, leaving about 1 teaspoon of bacon grease in the pot.
- Brown Beef and Vegetables: Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to the pot with bacon grease. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
- Add Seasonings: Stir in the garlic, caramelized onion burger seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes to release flavors.
- Incorporate Tomato Paste: Add tomato paste and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes while stirring to combine well.
- Add Relish, Mustard, and Tomato Sauce: Mix in dill pickle relish, mustard, and tomato sauce evenly into the beef mixture.
- Add Rice and Broth: Stir in the uncooked rice and beef broth thoroughly. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Simmer: Once boiling, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid.
- Add Cheese and Bacon: Remove the pot from heat. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese and the reserved crispy bacon. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover again.
- Let Melt: Allow the cheese to melt and become gooey by letting the dish sit covered for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve: Serve hot and enjoy your one pot bacon cheeseburger rice!
