  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce (Frank’s or Cholula recommended)
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes (adjust to taste)

Pizza Base and Toppings

  • 2 Garlic Flatbreads (approx. 210g each, 24x18cm/9×7″)
  • 130g / 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 180g / 2 cups low-moisture Mozzarella
  • 12 slices Pepperoni
  • Sliced Black Olives (optional)
  • Fresh Jalapeños (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 220C/430F and place the baking tray inside to heat up, ensuring the base of the flatbread crisps up nicely when baking.
  2. Prepare Hot Honey: In a bowl, combine honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Warm gently in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or on the stove until simmering. Stir well and set aside to cool, allowing the flavors to infuse.
  3. Assemble Pizzas: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the garlic flatbreads. Top with mozzarella cheese, then arrange pepperoni slices, jalapeños, and olives if using. Place a few mozzarella pieces over the pepperoni to prevent curling during baking.
  4. Bake: Carefully remove the hot tray from the oven, place the assembled flatbreads on it, and bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly charred and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
