Instructions
- Mash the Avocados: Place the halved and peeled avocados along with the lime juice in a large bowl. Use the back of a fork to mash them together until creamy but still a bit chunky.
- Season the Mixture: Add Kosher salt and cumin to the mashed avocado and continue to mash until the seasoning is well incorporated.
- Add Fresh Ingredients: Gently fold in the finely chopped onions, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic into the avocado mixture, mixing just enough to combine evenly.
- Shape and Decorate: Spread the guacamole into a rectangular shape on a serving platter. Decorate the surface with tortilla chips around the edges, dollops of sour cream, sliced black olives, and black beans to create a festive look.
Notes
- For best results, use very ripe avocados which soften easily when squeezed.
- Consume the guacamole immediately after preparation to enjoy its fresh flavor and vibrant green color.
