  4. Chill the Dough: Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up, or chill overnight for better flavor and texture development (optional but recommended).
  5. Prepare Air Fryer: Line the air fryer basket or racks with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Using a spoon, scoop 2-tablespoon balls of dough spaced about 1.5 inches apart. Depending on your air fryer size, you can cook 2 to 4 cookies at once.
